The "is it"
or
"is`nt it"

building programme has been submitted at long last.

As the pig farmer wants everyone to move out of my neighbourhood,
just where will they all go  Rolling Eyes

Looking at it in a "what if" scenario,

"what if" all the riff raff move out of Jaywick, into a new built estate not that far from Jaywick,

would owner occupiers WANT to go aswell.. Shocked

not so blinkin lightly eh.... Wink

Looks like the developers are trying the old "one two".

It should be contractual that amenities are provided with first stage otherwise the building project might come to an end after first stage is built.

But, I suppose T.D.C know this, don't you?

Very valid point Amenity,
but as the pig farmer want us to "move out" to somewhere else,
who know just what contractual arrangements have already taken place i wonder.
