Refurbishment - Phase One Nearing Completion!

Phase 1 of our refurbishment works is now nearing completion. This £3.8m investment has started the transformation of Clacton Factory Outlet with stylish new fascias.
The pictures of Petroleum to the right and Claire's and Pilot below show you just how different the stores are starting to become! Most stores are now refurbished with the remaining ones due for completion by July. The workmen have stopped works for the whole of this bank holiday weekend to keep disruption to a minimum for our customers and stores alike.

Once the first phase is complete, phase 2 will begin with the installation of new canopies to our main malls, plus new lighting and upgraded street furniture. We apologise for any inconvenience caused while these works are being completed.

Vintage Bus Rally and Running Day - Sunday 7th June!  Wink
