Do you have a local hero?
Prime Minister Gordon Brown is calling on communities across the country to identify the local heroes who they believe should be honoured by the nation.

Of course, in frinton we have one such person who excels in being a peoples hero.
How many "section 106 agreements" would it have taken in other parrishes just to get a plain blue free standing portaloo for its desperate users...............
