Be interesting to see how much is left after the designers/consultants have finished.
Should have enough to employ a couple of guys with pickaxes. |

I know just what you mean amenity.
The same sort of award has been given to Clacton & Frinton Town centre.
now heres the rub.
Clacton Town centre is pier ward which has been draining money away from Jaywicks regeneration funding, and the last hare brained idea was to give the pier a "60 minuet" make over.
Frinton on the other hand has the king of do as i do, not do as you want, the sultan of frinton, now jumping up and down demanding to install new beachfront lighting nobody wants.....
Of subject a bit, i was over in Shotley marina yesterday, boy have they been spending someones money over there on the waters edge roadway, walkway and ferry landing stage areas.
While next to it is a boarded up pub, another building thats falling down, yet another made from scrap iron, and the newley installed pavement bollards, massive speed reducing sleeping policemen, and super smooth roadway eliglantley passes them by and up to the marinas club house.
about 30 of us had a superb full cooked breakfast inside about mid day for a pre booked mind blowing £5 each, all because us scooterist are a friendly (but poor) lot..lol....
from ours to there and back, via colchester / manningtree on the way out, with walton on the naze on the way back was about 90 odd miles by road, with mixed weather, but was oh so much fun if not a bit "cool" at times....lol... _________________ In truth we seek,In truth we learn,In Tendering,We get neither.. |
