Oh dear Amenity,
just by watching the video clip,
it made parts of my lower body contract!......lol
As you rightly say, health and what......
another thing that was apparent, was the lack of high buildings in shot,
unlike todays views accross our capitol..
As the cleaner guys went over the edge, it reminded me of watching old videos of the late Fred Dibner, steeple jack & steam roller enthusiast.
