The latest planning inquiry for this monstrocity of a building placed between impecable properties in a very nice area of Clacton, has been called of yet again.
I`m losing count on my fingers of how many times this usless piece of architecture has been placed on TDC`s planning commitees books.
White elephants have a better chance in life than this.....
