Well, all along our coastline, we have areas set aside for
"holiday home" occupation, thats not for all year round living  Question

Now Lord H wants to see Jaywick converted into the same.
(or so the story goes)

Well in reality, lots of non full year occupational areas ARE being lived in all year,

one just such case is this:-

http://www.clactonandfrintongazet...olute_discharge_for_caravan_site/

another such site is very close to Jaywick, being in St.Osyth,
where its owners of said holiday camp requested almost full year occupency all but a very few weeks.

What if within those very few weeks, some of them holiday homes were lived in.

So then, the proposals set out in lord H`s ideas for Jaywick are negated by means of actioning elsewhere very close to source.

Well it seems that another full moon has changed someones tune:-

"we want to work with the people of JAYWICK to improve their facilities"

***"we are NOT looking to move people OUT of Jaywick,
but they could have "other" housing in the area***

"it will take some years to totaly resolve the problems we face,
but lets hope we can get things going through ***2010***"

Here we go again,
its almost like the good cop, Cool
