What did I know about Omega 3, not much, that is untill I listened to The Food Program Radio 4 about 2pm today.
Apparently there are two types of Omega 3 and what mainly comes in pills or Flora spread is the lousy type.
Well worth listening to if Cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, senile decay, depression and much more is of interest.
Listen to the representative of Lever Bros trying to lie her way out.
