Looking at what the councillors says, his argument does not seem reasoned enough and is full of caveats.
He seems to be expecting the downturn in property prices to take a serious hold in Weeley for a start and confesses that they may not be successful in their purchase.
Are the British Legion Club a charity if so they need to get the replacement cost for their property?
Perhaps the BLC could rent the area to the PC.
