46 Brooklands, still standing, still unmarked, like new!

The biggest single piece of anything regeneration related,
that has ever been placed in Jaywick, is still there, still being talked about.

http://www.clactonandfrintongazet.../3920545.We_don_t_understand_art/

"This wet and windy Monday afternoon sees our much discussed art piece still glued to its first night site in Brooklands.

Despite all of it detractors, its disbelievers, its knockers from all sides, its warnings of being burnt on the first night, or of being desecrated by vandals, or by being used as a climbing frame.

It still stands as proud as it stood on its first night,
unscathed by no one except the many many visitors who came to view it, who took from its being, the sights held into everlasting memory, of memory that still does not believe it ever stood for what it represented, but not only did its visitors not quite believe at first sight what they saw,
nor will the visitors ever forget just what they did see.

So, in conclusion,
it done what it said on the box.
It said to the world,

Talk about me, talk about art, talk about Jaywick,
talk about cost, but talk about regeneration now we used 46 Brooklands to make Brooklands Famous.

First Brooklands, now the world.

We are ready.......lol".

As the world turns in its normal speed, some things in life turn at different speeds to life itself.

46 brooklands is, then was, and now is no more.

BUT, Shocked
the rumor mill say`s from the ashes of No.46
will rise---------------- Rolling Eyes
seats.....large seats. Shocked

Now if you are of the "large" seat variety,
then, its just for you then... Laughing

Well indeed the rumor mill was proved correct,
for indeed Brooklands sea front HAS two very large seats of the Nathan Coley variety.

Like a pheonix risen from the ashes of No. 46 Brooklands Gardens, two very colourful very large seats have risen quite firmly and been "planted"
in the remains of a few derilict bungalows that were pulled down and its remains has been created a garden out of tonns of horse sh*t and waste garden soil, now been planted with various flowers that are aiming for our sky`s armed and fuelled by the very waste product that smells so bad, but does so much good in barren plots and gardens.

To be seen to be blending into its natural surroundings, the gay-ly painted seats have had the steel box section backbones left in a "natural" state, being rust, so its blends nicely.

To complement the two seats colours, the sea facing walls have also been adjusted by being painted in shades of pastel matching colours also.
