Clacton Venues

Another thing on my to-do list apart from quitting smoking is to find a cheap venue in Clacton.

I want to organise a charity gig, I have some decent bands that almost anybody would like lined up, I just need a venue now. I know of some in Brightlingsea but I want to organise something in Clacton. Does anyone know of anywhere that lets you hired them out cheaply?
