Today i had some very worrying news given to me over resident and commercial safety in the Jaywick areas of Golf green.....
Our newly installed very high tech security cameras are still not working.
The reason i bring this up is that reciently a white van smashed its way into a business premises in the Broadway jaywick, stole from inside that premises, and it was not captured on any new camera as they are NOT working yet...
MONTHS after being installed with funding provided by the Interaction Neighbourhood Management Partnership, as these new cameras cost in excess of £136,000, its about time they were..................................

People have had cause to ask for evidence from the cameras around here and they are usually pointing the wrong way. Seems like for what they cost multi headed camera lenses would have been installed, but no.
