Tunisian Market - THIS Thursday to Sunday!!

A quick reminder that it's our Tunisian Market THIS WEEK from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th September!
Tunisia is a very popular destination for British tourists with around 3 million Britons who visit each year! The Tunisian Government is keen to promote tourism to Tunisia and "L'artisanat" which is everything hand made and is an integral part of their industry, so as part of this cultural exchange we have secured this fantastic market
Why not come along and embrace the feel of Tunisia with tasty traditional foods including BBQ'd Tunisian sausages, couscous, breads and patisseries, dried fruits, olives and baklava.
You'll have a unique opportunity to buy Tunisian Bazaar items including traditional lamps, costumes and slippers, hand made ceramics, Tunisian leathers, tiles and more on your doorstop!

Plus why not relax in the Bedouin tent, here to enjoy every day of the market?!
On the Saturday of the market you could watch the amazing Samba Dancers and their live drummer!
Then on the Sunday of the market you could take a camel ride or feel free to pet their happy humps!

M&S Outlet - Press Release!

Below is an excerpt from our official press release for Marks & Spencer Outlet which is due to open this winter:

Rob Whitton's and Daren Burney's ROM Capital Group has secured Marks & Spencer Outlet as its new anchor tenant at Clacton Factory Outlet, as part of their transformation of the Outlet centre.

Marks & Spencer Outlet will begin work on a new store at the Clacton Factory Outlet in the first week of September and is scheduled to open in November this year.

The leading retailer has agreed to occupy a 10,000 square feet outlet.
ROM's association with Marks & Spencer Outlet builds on the arrival of retailers such as Carnaby Street's Merc Clothing, Glitter Princess and Yeomans Outdoor Leisure. Footfall following completion of the first phase of the refurbishment is up 11% with like for like sales following close behind.

Commenting, Robert Whitton, Chairman of ROM Capital Group, said "These fantastic new stores combined with a series of events as part of our marketing programme have been the main drivers behind renewed interest in the Outlet Centre and are creating a real 'buzz' with both our customers and tenants alike. I am delighted that we have been able to bring one of the UK's leading retailers on board."
"We have worked very hard to enhance the quality of the Centre and improve its image, making it a more attractive proposal for major retailers and providing an improved level of choice and quality for the people of Clacton and the surrounding district."

Julian Gill, Head of Operations & Development at Marks & Spencer Outlet said, "We are delighted to be opening a new Outlet store at Clacton Factory Outlet. The store will offer an extensive range of high quality Marks & Spencer products at great prices, most of which are at least 30% lower than the original high street prices. Not only is the store in a great location for shoppers, but it will also bring additional jobs to the area."
