Does anybody else find NHS web sites difficult to use?
I recently wanted to find out to whom I should write a letter of thanks. I was directed to a section of a site headed Complaints and praise. When I got there, there was masses of stuff on how I could complain but nothing, that I could find after much searching, about how I could express my appreciation.
I was eventaully told, over the phone I might add, that there was central control over the lay-out of web sites. Why can't we have more local input and less central bureaucracy?
