New MERC shop opens officially this saturdayClacton Shopping Village news:-
Scooter Club Event This Sunday!
The "Felixstowe and District Scooter Club" was formed in 1961...Originally riding out of Felixstowe they flourished and became one of the largest Scooter clubs in East Anglia in the 60's.. and now the former members have decided to take off the dust sheets....
Now rebuilt, reformed and re-branding themselves as "The Coasters" they will be riding down to Clacton Factory Outlet to show you their pride and joys outside the recently opened Merc store this Sunday from 11am -2pm!
To celebrate, Merc will be offering discounts on all purchases made together with a discount voucher to be used at Coopers Restaurant - full details in store.
Further information will be available on becoming a member of 'Coasters', ride outs and future meetings too!
Our club, the Clacton Scooter Club will of course be going along,
as will other local clubs also.
MERC as a shop sells very good quality clothes that has a "mod" feel to them,
and its founder shop has been in Carnaby street, London, for years.
