As a thought provoking answer has been entered into the online story of this thread, Shocked

it has given me the chance to think things through concerning the better aspects of having our own parish council... Idea

We can then have our own huge set of stocks to place the wayward ner`do wells in upon,
if the wayward are caught breaking any legal or moral codes of conduct.... Wink
