OK its made up (got to be a joke in there somewhere) of 7 different segments.
1:- Pier & Seafront.
2:- Seafront Promanade.
3:- Retail Core Expansion.
4:- Civic Quarter ?
5:- Warwick Castle.
6:- Station Gateway.
7:- Waterglade Park.

Really though ,the town needs a good clean ,those slabs are disgusting at the moment.
