Walton Pier - leave it as it is..SEAFRONT traders are hitting out at proposals to change the colour of Walton's bright yellow pier as part of plans to enhance the town's conservation area.
The resort's draft conservation area management plan, unveiled at an exhibition at Walton Library this week, calls for it to be replaced by more "sympathetic" colours.
The above statement should read "daft" conservation area plan..
