Got this email from another, reply written by TDC to objector.
I suppose the good thing about this proposal is that they won't use any more concrete for this profit.
I refer to your email which has now been considered by the Council's Cabinet.
The Cabinet decided that, having considered the objections received, the appropriation/disposal of the land be proceeded with.
That decision was subsequently called in for scrutiny by the Council's Scrutiny Committee which decided not to object to the decision and it has, therefore, come into effect.
