In Luton, they have their own community groups, just like we have in Jaywick.
In luton, they have "problem" areas like we do in jaywick..
In luton, they have had funding, lots of funding in the past, just like Jaywick.
In Luton, they have had a long line of top dollar consultants, just like we had in Jaywick..
In luton, its not working, just like us in J....i cannot finnish this for fear of liable........(but you know just what i mean.)
In Luton, its a compleate fiasco......now where can i compare that too...

A full creditors meeting will take place in Ipswich soon.
An interesting point was that an "agent" of Essex county Council was in talks with regard the possible aquasition of the roads and pathways as part of the regeneration project of Jaywick Sands, Essex......
"discussions are still being had with regard to this and will be reported on later"
So, read into that statement what you will readers....
