Frinton wants the device that drives away people....

Elsewhere, this device is being so badly critised, its being pushed to be taken down...

How badly do the young, the very young, and others, have to suffer intolorable high pitched noise made by such devices, how can they be legal, politicaly correct, or just plain right, in this day and age...

If Frinton suffers from teenage tantrums, its the tantrum`ers parents that want sorting out, not penalise the WHOLE community.......

I wonder just how many "behind the gates" parents know what their offspring get up to when they close the front door on the way out...

Apparently they are using this noise at Dovercourt Station.

Something is wrong, very wrong.

I find this whole thing totally deplorable.
We live near shops and if they were to put up these things then what hope of our 11 year old (who incidentally ,does not hang round shops in a group) getting any peace from it.
I looked at this thing on youtube and I can hear it ,the lad shot out the room when I put it on saying it really hurts is ears.
I am totally against this being used to target a minority and in effect condemming the majority of law abiding youngsters to it's awful noise.

I did think that providing every shop owner with a water cannon would probably be more effective ,then only the troublemakers would suffer. Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil  but would this become a fun activity in the summer months.
I too blame the parents ,after all ,their children are their responsibility and a few visits from a PCSO (wearing his night vision goggles)may teach them that you cannot push your problem outside and forget about it.

I hope they don't install more of these. I've never done anything against the law (apart from stealing from my sister, but that's more house law XD) and am apparently an adult at 18, yet these things are effective for people up to 25 years old.

I wonder if our younger councillors have picked up on this? I wish that for once they'd do something to help the damned community and not themselves!

OK, your good question about the chuckle brothers is very valid, as they are now pushing for the "old" to get more recognition..........

http://195.99.151.50/comaddocumen...f%20PH%20for%20Older%20People.pdf

They tried to ruin the lives of the younger of our society, now they are after a suposedly softer touch, the "old" of our society........
....(i thought cold calling on the "old" was illegal)
