which i have been led to believe the same name company is now a "trust" status,
its assetts being held at Ensors of Ipswich, who dealt with the sale.

elswhere i reported of the visits by the High Sheriff of Essex,
Lord Hanningfield and his advisors,
all on last wednesday the 23rd.
I also have been advised that our ex Brooklands Social club site owned by EEDA
(who paid 5 times its true value for it)
which sits behind our resource centre, being the most central point in Brooklands, is soon to have placed upon it, some / a few / portacabins, to be used as "visiter information offices"....!.!.!
The only time i have seen these portacabins used for such use is when its "vision" is on the start of a new building site...
After you have read through all that, then perhaps you can understand why "outside" forces are in play to try to bring down the residual property values.
The EEDA report states in one case alone it would be easier to pay over the true value of one large plot, than to go the C P O route to obtain the site.
As that WAS the case, i very much doubt it will proceed with the attempt to over pay on the 500 odd properties if it was to bulldoze just the Brooklands / Grasslands & part village areas.
It would be so easy to put in troublesome tennents in an attempt to downgrade the area, and so render it easier to take control of its housing stocks much cheaper..
BUT, the owner occupiers who remain are getting stronger by virtue of annoyence, and lack of drive by TDC / EEDA / GO-East.
A knight in white armour has appeared on the horizon, uttering soothing words of disenchantment with his minnions, but, wise old residents are looking on at the fabled story of the Trojan Horse, whose hidden army inside is ready to pounce once the genteel guard of wise old residents is and has been softened by accepting the white nights soothing words.
SO, is this wise old resident ready to accept easy defeat...

Like a true ex banger racer i was, come at me from all sides while i am cornered, and i will seek the weakest link in my attackers, and slowly one by one pick the weakest off untill i emerged from that tight spot, turning from attacked, into attacker, and in banger racing circles, the last race of the day was called a "death & destruction derby"
or last car running, won the day (plus a trophy and pot of gold)
Oh dear how sad is all that stuff, but its a true statement on how us remaining residents feel now we have been let down so many times (on purpose we feel).
