Secret inquests, but very few will be called by government so what is there to worry about.
The legislation will it is feared open the door to many more inquests being held in secret.
As we speak forces are afoot curbing our freedom.
Jack Straw speaking tonight laughed and said these proposals have been watered down. So, thats all right then.

The Moral Maze BBC radio 4 discusses the surveillance society. 8pm tonight.
Did I read the Gazette's headlines saying "Is Big Brother Here" referring to the Harwich Schools attempt to get the children tabbed electronically. |

So they are going to keep the DNA of innocents after all, but only for six years or maybe twelve!

These new proposals will ensure that the right people are on it, as well as considering where people should come off. We will ensure that the most serious offenders are added to the database no matter when or where they were convicted."
Forgive me for asking but has Ms Smith (Jacqui) had her DNA taken?
