Have you recieved shoddy or worse treatment at Jaywicks Groan Elms Health Centre,
If so, now you can have it documented officially.....
The PCT has organised some patient survey's to be done - the dates and times are listed below - all at Golf Green Hall in the back room - use stairs by the car park.
Tomorrow 2nd
10-12 and 1-4
Monday 5th
10-12 and 2-4
Tuesday 6th
2-4
Its to take all the grumbles back officially and documented
